She started real estate by investing in this classifieds website in helping people find properties at discounted prices. The site allows making purchases at discounted rates that’s why it is also well known for its affordable price listing.

Alia Bhatt had picked up a small minority stake in “StyleCracker” for an undisclosed amount. StyleCracker was founded by Dhimaan Shah and Archana Walavalkar in 2013. She’s also the founder of Ed-a-mamma, a company that specializes in children’s clothing. It sells clothing for children ranging in age from 2 to 14.

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma along with his husband Virat Kohli had invested Rs 2.5 crore in Bengaluru-based insurtech startup “Digit Insurance”. Digit is an insurance startup and new-age general insurance company. It was started in 2016 by Kamesh Goyal and Prem Watsa’s Fairfax Holdings.
The company says that in just two years of operation, it has served over 5 million consumers and generated about $300 million in yearly premium revenue.

If we talk about active investors among the Bollywood Industry Deepika is one of them. Deepika Padukone has invested in many startups such as Epigamia, FrontRow, edtech, Blu Smart, Bellatrix Aerospace.
Epigamia is an FMCG brand that was launched in 2015. Epigamia markets its products through 21 different stock-keeping units and 7000 retail stores in metropolitan cities. Padukone invested 1 Cr as a follow- on investment in Epigamia. FrontRow is a hobby-based edtech startup.

Indian actress Kajal Aggarwal has invested an undisclosed amount in the “Okie Gaming Platform”. It is a Mumbai-based online gaming platform launched in 2020. She picked up a 15% equity stake in the company. It is her first investment for Kajal in a startup. This platform primarily focuses on sports like boat race, Dahi handi, and more. Currently, the gaming platform offers housie or lotto, fantasy cricket, quizzes, ludo, and more.
- Katrina Kaif
Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif after launching her beauty brand “Kay Beauty” last year has invested an undisclosed amount in beauty and e-commerce platform Nykaa. Katrina is also engaged with her mother’s charity.
Kaif said, “I was familiar with the company’s growing brand equity and market leadership, and becoming an investor is the next logical step in sharing the Nykaa vision. Nykaa has opened new avenues for women to explore and celebrate their own unique idea of beauty.”
