Deadpool 3: Hugh Jackman Talks About His Relationship With Ryan Reynolds; ‘We Hate Each Other’!

Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds are reprising their roles as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. Hugh Jackman is teasing Deadpool 3 by revealing details out about superheroes’ connection at the start of the new film he’s filming with costar Ryan Reynolds.

In a recent interview, Jackman was asked to characterise the status of the two superheroes’ relationship.

Deadpool 3, starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, is set to be released in November 2024, which is technically two years away.

Nevertheless, we shouldn’t let our excitement over the film’s bonanza diminish. It’s one of the biggest tricks Marvel has played to draw audiences to their films to have Jackman take on Wolverine about the end of an era.

But, strangely, Hugh appears to have a lot of levy from the studio because he is only sharing huge facts about the film one after the other.

For the uninitiated, Ryan just confirmed Hugh’s return as Wolverine and his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in a video that quickly went viral. Since then, the actor has only been answering queries regarding his homecoming plans and dropping some very juicy beans.

After announcing that Deadpool 3 contains a time travel gadget, the actor is now disclosing some more interesting aspects about the film. Hugh Jackman has now disclosed the nature of his connection with Ryan Reynolds’ character in the film, and it appears that there will be sparks because Logan is already dissatisfied with Wade Wilson.

As to The Direct, Hugh Jackman talking about Deadpool 3 and his dissatisfaction with the titular character, said, “10 being incredibly near, zero being the reality—what that’s we are. We are nothing. We are diametrically opposed.

They despise each other. Let’s just talk about it from my point of view. Deadpool irritates Wolverine. He irritates me. He wishes he could be a million miles away from him or punch him in the face. So… I’m going to smack him in the face a lot.”

He went on to say how different the two are and what it is about Deadpool that irritates Wolverine. “They’re polar opposites. “My vinegar to his… like he’s the quick-witted, quick-thinking, loudmouth, and my character just wants to punch him in the skull,” Hugh Jackman explained.

Meanwhile, there are already rumours about how the two will meet, and the presence of TVA in the MCU, as well as Hugh’s confirmation of a time travel gadget, confirms that idea is partially right. Deadpool 3 will be released in theatres on November 8, 2024.
