To maintain her body, Priyanka follows a very balanced diet. She has a glass of coconut water and some nuts after every two hours. This keeps her body energised and metabolism rate high.

Her daily diet is:

Breakfast : 2 egg whites or oatmeal with a glass of skimmed milk.

Lunch : dal, veggies and two roti’s with salad.

Snack : Sprout salad or Turkey sandwich.

Dinner : soup followed by grilled chicken or fish along with some sautéed veggies.

All her meals have lots of veggies and fruits. Priyanka Chopra loves desserts and enjoys them on weekends. However, she strictly avoids fried food.
