Neena Gupta said that shooting for ‘Panchayat 3’ was very difficult. There was a lot of smoke and heat. Every day she felt that she could not bear it anymore. She said, ‘We had to shoot in a temperature of 45 to 47 degrees. This time I had to fall off the bike. There were pebbles and gravel on the road and on top of that, there was sunlight. It was challenging for all of us, for the actors, for the technicians. The actors could at least stand in the shade with the fans in their free time. It was physically very difficult to shoot it and maybe that’s why people are liking it, because it is very real, so people connect with it. One should work hard, it was fun.’
