Meanwhile, reports have emerged that the actress has rented out her apartment in Bandra.

According to reports, Malaika Arora has rented out her apartment in Bandra West to costume designer Kashish Hans for three years. Kashish Hans will have to pay a monthly rent of Rs 1.57 lakh for the apartment.

According to Hindustan Times, as per the rent agreement of this apartment located in Pali Hill, Bandra West, the rent increases by 5 percent every year.

Reports indicate that Malaika is worth a total of Rs 98.98 crores. This is not Malaika Arora’s first property. According to the report, she previously rented out her Bandra apartment to Jeff Goldberg, owner of Jeff Goldberg Studio, for Rs 1.2 lakh per month.

Malaika’s boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor, sold his apartment in the 81 Aureate building in Bandra West for Rs 16 crore in 2022.

The 4,364 square-foot flat is located on the 19th floor of the building and comes with many luxurious facilities.

It is worth mentioning that Malaika often faces questions about her marriage to Arjun Kapoor at events. However, she says that the right time will come for everyone to know.
