Neetu Kapoor Reveals How Karan Johar Had A Hard Time Convincing Her To Take Part In JugJugg Jeeyo

JugJugg Jeeyo is one of the films people were most excited to see this year. Accordingly, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor played the film’s leading parts. Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli have significant supporting roles in the movie.

Previously, it was reported that director Raj Mehta attributed Neetu Kapoor’s involvement in the film to producer Karan Johar. KJo has provided further context and revealed how he relentlessly persuaded Neetu.

Karan Johar said in an interview with ETimes that Neetu Kapoor is one of his favorite actors and that he has always admired Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. He then said that he had previously seen their movie together.

Following that, he remarked, “I first met Neetu Ji at her house after the death of Chintu Ji, who was generally recognized as one of the most gifted performers in our nation. Throughout our collaboration on Jugjugg Jeeyo, I intuitively reminded her, Neetu Ji, you must return to your tasks. I have a movie that I’d want to show you as soon as possible, but I won’t be able to till the production is finished.”

Neetu Kapoor expressed uncertainty over her readiness for the situation after hearing Karan explain it. After that, KJo said, “Trust me, the only way you will be prepared is if you restart acting,” I told her. She took my advice to heart and began rehearsing her lines. I am delighted that I could persuade her and that she recognized my accomplishment.

I believe JugJugg Jeeyo offers her the opportunity to go beyond her comfort zone. In addition, she is lovable in the picture, radiates warmth, and has a beautiful screen presence; I am glad she is now participating in a substantial amount of work. I am pleased that she may have chosen me as her first point of contact for such a subject since she is genuinely exerting outstanding effort.”

On June 24, this year, JugJugg Jeeyo was made available to the public and is now getting an abundance of positive feedback.
