Nora Fatehi Blasts Filmmakers For Casting Only Four Girls In Rotation, ‘They Won’t Think Beyond That’
Actress Nora Fatehi has worked hard make a name in the industry. Though she has acted in several films, she is mostly known for her item songs in films. In a recent interview, the actress expressed her disappointment with the filmmakers of Hindi cinema. She blamed them and said that they are not ready to look past ‘four girls’ Without taking any names, Nora mentioned that ‘only four girls are doing films in rotation, and all four are getting nonstop projects’.
The Moroccan beauty opened up on losing a leading role as filmmakers ‘don’t want to see outside of what’s in front of them’. She said that the industry has become very competitive and there are only a few films a year. So if only four girls are doing films, the directors will only remember those four, they won’t go with some other faces.
Furthermore, Nora revealed that that filmmakers aren’t taking a chance on her. She shared that she doesn’t think because her dance is the reason why directors don’t want to cast her. The actress opined that many iconic Bollywood heroines have been beautiful dancers. Being a good dancer has been just a part of the package of being an iconic lead.
Let us tell you that Nora made her acting debut with ‘Street Dancer 3D’ in 2020. She rose to fame with dance numbers such as ‘Dilbar’ and ‘Kamariya’. She is also famous for her item songs ‘O Saki Saki’ from ‘Batla House’ and ‘Manike’ from ‘Thank God’.
Workwise, Nora Fatehi will come up next with Telugu film ‘VT14’. It is set in 1960s Vizag and is said to be the most expensive film of Varun Tej’s career. Before this, Nora appeared Telugu song ‘Ittage Recchipodham’ in Jr NTR’s ‘Temper’.
