- KAMASUTRA is unlike any other document in the long Indian history of Vedas and other holy scriptures. Maybe written for the kings and kings men, it attained high glory after the British in India seem to have discovered it from the clutches of the pundits. The pundits or the Brahmins in India have the only right to access the document, which was mostly in scriptures and duplicated rarely. Hence most of the original manuscript remain undistorted unlike any other Indian scripture like the Ramayana or Mahabharata or for that matter the Vedas.
