Salman Khan Shares Memories Of Working With Raveena Tandon: ‘She Used To Fight With Me Alot’

This week’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 18 brought a wave of nostalgia as Salman Khan reunited with Raveena Tandon, his co-star from several iconic ’90s films. Joining her were her daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan, who appeared on the show to promote their upcoming debut film, Azaad.

Reflecting on his time working with Raveena, Salman couldn’t resist teasing her. In a lighthearted moment, he told Rasha, “Tumhari mummy mujhse bohot jhagda karti thi [Your mom used to fight with me a lot].” To this, Raveena quipped, “Hum saath mein shoot ke liye jaate the, aur Salman flights mein so jaate the. Tab agar Insta ka zamaana hota, toh main bohot saare snaps leke dalti! [We used to travel together for shoots, and Salman would fall asleep on flights. If Instagram existed back then, I would have posted so many snaps!]”

Their playful chemistry on screen took fans down memory lane, reminding everyone of their memorable films like Pathar Ke Phool, Andaz Apna Apna, and Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye. Salman reminisced about the fun and challenges of working with Raveena, noting how their differing approaches to acting created a dynamic energy on set.

“When we worked together, Raveena always had this sharp focus and a no-nonsense attitude on set, while I’d be the one cracking jokes. That balance made our scenes so much more engaging,” Salman shared with the audience.

The episode wasn’t all about nostalgia, though. The evening also marked the eviction of contestant Shrutika Arjun, who lost the audience vote in a task against Rajat Dalal and Chahat Pandey. Shrutika’s elimination left her close friend Chum Darang emotional, adding an intense moment to the show.

As Bigg Boss 18 heads toward its grand finale on January 19, Salman’s reunion with Raveena added a touch of Bollywood magic to the competitive drama. The episode served as a reminder of their evergreen chemistry while also introducing the next generation of stars, Rasha and Aaman, to the spotlight.
