On July 11, 2024, the news agency ANI shared photos of the Bachchan clan’s visit to Varanasi’s Kashi Vishwanath temple. To get the blessing of Lord Vishwanath, Abhishek dressed in a white kurta and a grey Nehru jacket. While Shweta looked stunning in a red suit, his mother Jaya Bachchan was decked out in a yellow-toned suit.

Abhishek and Jaya are seen receiving prasad in a different picture. Following their encounter with Lord Vishwanath in Kashi, Varanasi, they appeared ecstatic. Still missing, though, were Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan’s wife, and their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

Shweta Bachchan turned 50 on March 17, 2024, at her house, Pratiksha, which Jaya and Amitabh Bachchan gave her as a gift the previous year.
