In reaction to the actor’s tweet, Indigo airlines issued a statement of regret for the “distress” he felt when his luggage wasn’t conveyed.
Performing artist Rana Daggubati on Sunday expressed on Twitter while sharing, “India’s most exceedingly bad aircraft experience’ slamming commercial flying company IndiGo for lost luggage and ‘clueless staff’. The Bahubali on-screen character shared a GIF of the carrier company and composed ‘can it be any shittier!!.”
After getting to know about the flight delay due to an issue, Rana Daggubati and the others were told to board a different plane. They were also told that their baggage would be transported on the same plane. In any case, when the on-screen character arrived at the Bengaluru Airplane terminal, he couldn’t find his baggage, and when he inquired about aircraft workers, they didn’t have a reply.
Reacting to his message, IndiGo apologized for the bother including, “Sir, we understand the discomfort when the bag doesn’t arrive with you. While we apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime, please be assured, our team is actively working to get your luggage delivered to you at the earliest.”
Rana Daggubati did not halt complaining over his claim tweet but too reacted to a few other special tweets posted by the carrier company. The actor’s complaint comes fair days after some travellers took to Twitter to share a video of IndiGo staff hurling absent boxes from a plane to a stopped trailer.
Whereas the posts met with a gigantic reaction, as numerous social media clients complained about the kind of involvement they had with the aircraft, one of the flyers took to the stage for a conversation about the way the carriers misused the baggage.
