After the arrest of Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan in a drug case, his family’s troubles have also increased. On one hand, the son is lodged in Arthur Road Jail, on the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan is facing loss on the economic front. According to the latest news, recently King Khan has been thrown out of its ad films by a big brand. It was one of SRK’s biggest projects. According to the report of The Economic Times, Teaching App Byju is about to end its contract with Shah Rukh Khan despite advance booking. At present, his ad has been put on hold. It is believed that social media trolls are responsible for this decision. Actually, after Aryan’s arrest, Shah Rukh Khan is being trolled badly. However, reports claim that when contacted, Byju’s spokesperson declined to comment on the matter.
People related to this matter told that in Shahrukh Khan’s deal with Byju, a fee of Rs 3-4 crore is received annually. SRK is the brand ambassador of this company since 2017. The company has also made a lot of growth during this period. It is now being said that the company working in the field of education (after his son was arrested in the drugs case) does not want to show him as associated with their brand in view of the controversy.
Rohit Ohri, Group Chairman, Creative Aid Agency FCB India said, “Amidst the current controversy, Byju’s is trying to save its brand, but celebrity endorsements are always risky. While SRK is the face of several leading brands like Hyundai, LG, Dubai Tourism, and Reliance Jio, Byju’s was one of the biggest sponsorship deals for the actor. Recently when Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan saw her son Aryan Khan, she started crying. There is no information yet when Aryan will come out but the entire Bollywood is currently supporting Shahrukh Khan.
