Ali Fazal Calls Khamoshiyan ‘Cheap Horror Film’; One Of The ‘Sins’ Of His Career

Ali Fazal has recently called his movie Khamoshiyan a cheap horror film. Over the years, the actor has experimented with various genres, such as romance and comedy. Even though the actor’s career has come a long way since then, he recently had a flashback to remember his early years and gave his thoughts on the horror thriller flick Khamoshiyan.

Ali is known for his versatile choices of films. Recently, he appeared in an interview with Cyrus Broacha on his YouTube channel and recalled Khamoshiyan days. Calling the movie a ‘bad film’ and a ‘cheap horror film’, Fazal recalled the way Vikram Bhatt took over the movie and made it a horror one. “Vikram Bhatt came on board to shadow direct this other boy Karan (Darra, director),” he said.

The actor  just recently called his movie Khamoshiyan to the picture as a “bad” and “cheap horror film.” He also remembered that when it was first made, the intention was not to keep it spooky. But then things changed, and Khamoshiyan became a horror film.

While the actor Ali Fazal undoubtedly has made a place in Bollywood through the delivery of unblemished performances on the big screen, on the personal front, Fazal is the most doting husband to his wife and actress Richa Chadha. The duo got hitched to each other in 2022 and since then, they have never skipped opportunities to shower each other with love.

Earlier, in a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Chadha talked about her interfaith marriage to Ali Fazal and revealed that,the husband and wife team had a blast at their marriage ceremony and that they didn’t feel any pressure though it was an interfaith wedding.
