The wedding celebrations of Bollywood couple Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have become the talk of the town. After throwing parties for their loved ones in Delhi and Lucknow, the duo concluded their festivities with a grand reception in Mumbai. Now, according to latest scoop, we have got the news that Ali and Richa got legally married 2.5 years ago and by performing the wedding rituals now, they are just celebrating their union with families and friends.

The spokesperson of the star couple confirmed the same and stated, “Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have been legally married for 2.5 years when they registered their wedding. Currently, they are only celebrating as already mentioned by them on 29th September in their statement with friends and family. They have hosted their wedding receptions and parties in Delhi and Lucknow and are now doing a final event tonight in Mumbai.”

Let us tell you that before jetting off to Delhi for a week long celebrations, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal shared a voice note on their Instagram which quoted Richa saying, “We have a message for you. Two years ago, we formalized our union and just then the pandemic hit us all, pressing a pause button on our celebrations and life.”

Ali added, “Like the rest of the nation, we two were struck by personal tragedies one after another. Now as we all enjoy this window of respite we are finally celebrating with our families and friends and we are so very touched by all the love and blessings that are coming our way. We offer you nothing but our love. Thank you.”

For the unknown, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal started dating each other in 2015. They have shared screen space in Fukrey, Fukrey Returns and Call My Agent: Bollywood.
