Alia Bhatt’s Luxurious House is Quite Expensive
Through her production company, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd, Alia Bhatt recently acquired a luxury residence in the affluent neighbourhood of Pali Hill in Mumbai’s Bandra district. A 2,497-square-foot flat in Bandra West reportedly cost the actress a staggering Rs 37.80 crore.
Alia Bhatt’s Generous Gesture to Sister Shaheen
A stamp tax of Rs 2.26 crore was also paid by the Raazi star, and the contract was signed on April 10. Alia gave her sister Shaheen Bhatt two homes in Mumbai valued at Rs 7.68 crore in another transaction that was completed on the same day. She gifted two apartments at the Gigi Apartments in Juhu, Mumbai, totalling 2,086.75 square feet through a Prize Certificate. Alia has also paid the transaction’s stamp duty of Rs. 30.75 lakhs.
Reports state that Alia’s new address is at Pali Hill’s Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. Along with her daughter Raha and Ranbir, the actress is currently a resident in Ranbir Kapoor’s Vaastu flat. The eight-story dream home is currently under construction at the Krishna Raj Bungalow. The pair is frequently seen monitoring the construction site.
