Recently, Alia Bhatt grabbed headlines after making a lavish purchase of a house in Bandra for her production company named, Eternal Sunshine. Moreover, she even gifted two lavish flats worth crores to her sister, Shaheen Bhatt.

Alia Bhatt purchases a house worth 37 crores for her production company

Alia Bhatt recently became a proud owner of luxurious house designed for her production company. For the unversed, the house is located in the Bandra West which is designed for production company, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. Reportedly, Alia Bhatt’s production house has a wide area of 2,497 square feet. It is located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Mumbai.

Alia had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crores and the concerned authorities made the agreement signed. But what surprised us was the amount of the house which came with a whooping cost of Rs. 37.80 crores.

 

When the actress gifted two flats of Rs. 7 crores to Shaheen Bhatt

Alia Bhatt apart from purchasing house for her production company, also gifted a one to her sister, Shaheen Bhatt. The actress gifted two deluxe flats to Shaheen which are reportedly located in Juhu, Mumbai. Alia paid a stamp duty of Rs. 30.75 lakhs for the same. They are priced at Rs. 7.68 crores and are spread across 2,086.75 square feet in the Gigi Apartments.
