Heeramandi, the upcoming web series by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, had its grand premiere in Mumbai on April 24, 2024. The A-listers in the field were present. We were particularly drawn to Alia Bhatt’s appearance among them. Wearing a dusty pink sharara set, she looked stunning as ever. Her look was glammed up with a pair of sleek diamond earrings, among other minimal accessories. Her go-to makeup look included subtle highlights and blush on her cheeks, kajal and eyeliner applied thinly, bare lipstick, and an open hairstyle parted in the middle.

Seema Gujral, the renowned designer, was the source of Alia’s outfit. This set of dusty pink sharara pants included a loose-fitting georgette pant and a sheer dupatta in the same hue as the heavily embellished short kurta. Thread, pearl, and crystal embroidery adorned the entire ensemble. Pearl drops on all four sides of the dupatta and graded pearl details at the shoulder are also visible. It is currently available on the official website for Rs. 132,000, the price of the ensemble.

Alia chose an Indian weave for her second appearance at Hope Gala in 2024. She looked stunning in an ivory-colored vintage saree that Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla created. The designers claim that the saree was made with resham threads and is thirty years old. After being designed in 1994, the saree underwent a complete redesign for the diva in 2024, requiring roughly 3500 hours of work.
