Office Space That Amitabh Bachchan Rents To A Music Business For Rs 2 Crore!
Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan has rented out four commercial units in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area. Each unit is about 10,000 square feet, and the rent is Rs 2.07 crore per year, plus a security deposit of Rs 1.03 crore. Warner Music India Limited has been hiring the large area for business for five years. According to a news report, the annual rent will go up to Rs 2.38 crore starting with the fourth year.
