Anil Kapoor’s latest Instagram post regarding his physical transformation has left the internet in shock. Through his serious physical transformation, the actor has proved that age is just a number. It is a clear result of his serious hardwork, dedication and love for his profession. The veteran actor has put the bar high for the younger generation of actors.

Anil Kapoor shared a few pictures to showcase his physical transformation

This serious physical transformation is done for the entirely two different roles in the film ‘Animal’ and ‘Fighter’. This transformation was not easy and the actor had to go through serious morning running sessions, intense physical exercise in the gym, and a strict diet.

Sharing the pictures, the actor wrote, “Switching between two completely opposite roles this last year has been both challenging and gratifying…Going from the 65-year-old Balbir in Animal to the 45-year-old Air Force Officer Rocky in Fighter, I had to undergo a serious physical transformation to do justice to the prestigious uniform I was wearing. Now that both the films have wrapped up, I can’t wait for the audiences to watch them.

Anil Kapoor will be seen in the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s father as Balbir in the upcoming movie ‘Animal’. Contrary to his role as a 65-year-old father in ‘Animal’, in ‘Fighter’ he will be playing the character Rocky, who is a 45-year-old Air Force officer. After wrapping up the shoot of both the movies the actor took to Instagram to share his shirtless picture. The pictures featured the actor taking ice bath and working out in his gym.

Sonam Kapoor, his daughter wrote “Dad” with a laughing emoticon. Whereas Sunil Shetty, his co-actor in various movies wrote “Sir” with a clapping emoticon.

On the work front, Anil Kapoor is waiting for his film Animal, where he will be sharing with other actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri. Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Karan Singh Grover will share the screen in the movie, ‘Fighter’.
