Back in 2014, Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari was indicted of contended rape by his ex-girlfriend, after which he was also arrested. Nearly three times latterly, in 2017, the court cleared Ankit of all charges due to lack of substantiation. While he was free from the allegations, Ankit entered several reactions from the assiduity, and people gradationally reduced working with him.

In an interview with Navbharat Times Online, the‘Galliyan’ songster opened up on how life changed after that. “ I feel that there’s commodity written in everyone’s fate. Perhaps commodity differently was written in my luck. It was a bad time, which was scary. For as numerous musicians as there are, I want to say one thing– They’re veritably simple, they’ve innocence. That is how music comes from inside them. I’m like that too. I’ve little to do with the world. Nearly in that simplicity. it seems that someone can take advantage of it. But those effects presumably had to be with me. It was a delicate time,” Ankit reflected on the same.

 

He further added, ‘When similar phases arrive, veritably many people stand with you. Some people in the assiduity were with me, whom I call my family. Those with whom I’ve worked were also in my support. It’s said that when all the doors are closed, God keeps one gate open. The same happens to me. When all the doors were closed, one gate was open. I left from there too. I’ve come a long way now”.

Ankit’s steady career in the music assiduity, came at an aft seat, as people stopped working with him.’People stopped working together, pulled their hands back. Without giving any reason, they withdrew me from numerous systems. Utmost of my work which was in the finishing stage was also closed. I lost so importantly. But that does not mean I gave up. I’ve been doing commodity. This time also my film ‘Badhaai Do’ came out. There are some other systems too.

On an ending note, Ankit countries,’ My art has nothing to do with that damage.’What I mean to say is that the damage happed according to the career. But that thing has nothing to do with my art. My art is mine, no bone in the world can take it down from me. That’s what I’ve and as long as the one over is giving me, I’ll not give up.

In April 2017, the Mumbai sessions court acquitted Ankit Tiwari and hisco-accused family of the serious charges of rape and death pitfalls, due to lack of substantiation. After this, in February 2018, Ankit married Pallavi Shukla in Kanpur itself. At the same time, the couple was also blessed with a lovely son.
