Television actress Ankita Lokhande is going through a tough time. She is currently coping up with the loss of her father, Shashikant Lokhande who passed away recently. Now, the actress has shared some precious memories of her late father through a social media post. Alongside the photos, she wrote a heartbreaking note remembering her real hero.

In the eulogy, Ankita revealed that she got to know her father a little more after he went to his heavenly abode because people who came to see the family heaped praises on him. She said that now, she and her mother don’t know what to do after waking up. The actress penned, “From last 3 days, Me and mamma are just thinking what to do once we get up because u kept us on toes dadda. Pappa ka khana, pappa ke fruits, pappa ka breakfast, etc. But now we have nothing left because u left us.”

Further in her note, Ankita promised her father that she will look after mother even more than before. She mentioned that she will give her all the happiness in this life. She will pamper her more than before. Lastly, the actress thanked her pappa for making he who she is today. “My papa the strongest and the most handsome man ever in my life forever and ever ❤️Your Angel mintu,” signed off Ankita.

For the unversed, Ankita Lokhande’s father breathed his last at the age of 68 on 12th August, 2023.  His cremation was done at the Oshiwara Crematorium ground. Ankita performed his last rites, while her husband Vicky Jain was seen standing by her side throughout this difficult time. The couple took the marriage plunge for the second time in a beautiful ceremony last week.
