Ankita Lokhande’s Apology To Vicky Jain Sparks Reactions: ‘Seeing Munawar Faruqui In Him?’

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande unintentionally referred to her husband Vicky Jain as ‘Munna,’ a nickname she typically uses for Munawar Faruqui on the show. The incident occurred during an intense moment following a task where Mannara, Abhishek, Arun, and Munawar were subjected to various challenges, including chilli powder.

This led to a heated altercation between Munawar and Vicky. A surfaced clip now captures Ankita apologizing to Vicky for the mix-up in names.

Ankita Lokhande calls Vicky ‘munna’ by mistake

Recent episodes of Bigg Boss 17 have witnessed frequent conflicts between Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande, with Munawar Faruqui’s name occasionally surfacing during their arguments. Ankita, having a close bond with the stand-up comedian, contrasts with Vicky, who has been friends with him on and off. A notable video captures Ankita apologizing to Vicky with a ‘sorry Munna’ during a conversation in the presence of co-contestant Ayesha Khan, who happens to be Munawar’s ex-girlfriend, creating a buzz.

Reactions to the video

An Instagram page humorously shared the clip, commenting, “Did she just say ‘sorry Munna’ (laughing emojis)?” Another person, sharing the clip on X, exclaimed, “Wait what! Ankita Lokhande said ‘sorry Munna’ to her husband Vicky Jain. It seems she is now seeing Munawar in her husband. Is this love? Yes, this is love.”

However, reactions were mixed, with some finding it “very cheap” and criticizing Ankita’s attitude as “overacting.” A comment expressed concern for Vicky, noting his apparent sadness and embarrassment. One user even went on to say, “She is obsessed with Munna.”

Ankita, who married businessman Vicky Jain in December 2021, had a past relationship with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Accusations of using Sushant’s name on Bigg Boss 17 to ‘gain sympathy’ have also surfaced.
