Arbaaz Khan Reveals That Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, And He May “Get Together” For A Film “Very Soon”

Arbaaz Khan mentions having conversations with his brothers Salman Khan and Sohail Khan about working together on a project. The Khan brothers have never shared the screen save for an old episode of Koffee With Karan. Many films have shown pairs of brothers, but never all three together in one shot. In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times, Arbaaz recently hinted that this may be about to change.

Salman is filming two movies—Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Tiger 3—while Arbaaz is releasing his online serial Tanaav, a Hindi adaptation of Fauda. Just a year ago, Sohail released Radhe, starring Salman, his latest film. Arbaaz Khan says the brothers mostly talk about movies and jobs. We often discuss our jobs.

We always talk about the filming—how it’s going, how many schedules are left, when it’s coming out, how the music is shaping out, etc. Since we’re all working on different films, we have to keep each other updated. Sources of our data. Without this strategy, we rarely know one other’s work developments. Sometimes we think we know everything. “We live our own lives,” he says.

“People assume we must be privy to every facet of bhai’s film while it is being developed,” Arbaaz explains. We occasionally watch it with others afterward. We don’t want our siblings to see things until they’re perfect. “Of course we discuss about films, but we don’t talk about merely films. We’re a close-knit lot, so we joke and masti with each other like any other family would. It may be as generic as any family sometimes,” he says.

Only Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005) starred Salman and Sohail. Arbaaz appeared briefly. Arbaaz and Salman have worked in Hello Brother, Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, and Dabangg, while Arbaaz and Sohail featured in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. Arbaaz says each brother has his own interests. They may collaborate on a similar project in the future. “Yes, there is a strong likelihood of that. We never lose sight of a chance when it presents itself. It’s simply that everyone is preoccupied with their own activities at the moment. Someday, though, Sohail, Salman, and I will all work together on a project. And it’s possible that it’s not too late. Very soon, in fact,” says Arbaaz.

Tanaav, starring Arbaaz, will premiere on SonyLiv on November 11 and focus on Kashmir’s insurgency and counterinsurgency. Manav Vij, Shashank Arora, Rajat Kapoor, Waluscha De Sousa, Ekta Kaul, Sukhmani Sidana, Sumit Kaul, Zarina Wahab, and MK Raina also star.
