Actor Arjun Kapoor, who is riding high on the success of his latest film Singham Again, has added a new tattoo to his collection, dedicating it to his late mother. The tattoo, inked on his shoulder, reads Rab Rakha—a Punjabi phrase meaning “May God be with you.” Arjun took to Instagram to share a series of pictures and videos showcasing the tattoo, along with an emotional note revealing the personal significance behind it.
“May God be with you. My mother always said this – in good times and bad. Even today, it feels like she’s right here with me, guiding me, watching over me,” Arjun wrote in the caption, offering a glimpse into the deep connection he feels with his mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, who passed away in 2012.
Arjun further explained the timing of the tattoo, stating, “I got this tattoo on the eve of the Singham Again release, and now, as I stand on the brink of this new chapter, I feel like she’s got my back, reminding me that the universe has a plan. Thank you Ma, for teaching me faith. Rab Rakha, always.”
The heartfelt post resonated with fans and friends from the film industry, who praised Arjun’s tribute and offered words of encouragement in the comments section.
