Actress Athiya Shetty and Cricketer KL Rahul have been dating for many years now. The duo often shares mushy pictures with each other on social media.

There were  high speculations that KL Rahul and Athiya can tie the knot in 2022. Now, in a recent interview, Athiya has reacted to these speculations about her marriage with KL Rahul.

The 29-year-old actress says that she no longer pays attention to any of these rumours. According to her, she doesn’t bother about what people think about her relationship.

Athiya Shetty also denied the rumours that she is moving with KL Rahul to a new home. The actress said that she is moving to a brand new home with her family and not with KL Rahul.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul were recently spotted together at Ahan Shetty’s Tadap movie premiere. While the whole family of Sunil Shetty was present at the premiere, KL Rahul has also reached there to support his to-be-brother in-law.

After their first official appearance together, fans were very excited for the couple’s wedding. However, Athiya’s brother Ahan Shetty has also termed all the wedding speculations baseless.

Ahan Shetty revealed that even the engagement date of Athiya and Rahul has not yet been decided. He asks how there can be a wedding without an engagement.The Tadap actor denied having any wedding plans for the couple in the next few months.

It seems that KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty are in no mood to give any hint about their wedding. However, the massive fanbase of the duo are eagerly waiting for their adorable couple to tie the knot.

Currently KL Rahul is captaining his team, Lucknow SuperGiants in IPL, while Athiya Shetty has yet to come back on-screen. She had last appeared in Motichoor Chaknachoor in 2019. The actress debuted in the film ‘Hero’ and later appeared in films like Nawabzaade and Mubarakan.
