On the 27th of April, the body of Bhojpuri actor Amrita Pandey was discovered inside her residence in Bhagalpur, Bihar. According to a report from NDTV, the authorities believe that she took her own life.

A mysterious WhatsApp status that she made before her death was cited by the authorities, even though they did not find any suicide note with her. It was written, “Do naav me savaar thi uski zindagi, humne apni naav duba ke uska safar aasaan kar diya” (I made their journey easier by sinking mine). His or her life consisted of sailing on two boats.

Her relatives reported that she was feeling unhappy and stressed out because she was unable to find sufficient work. Chandramani Jhangad, her spouse, was an animation engineer, and they used to reside in Mumbai together. Amrita decided to remain in Bhagalpur after attending her sister’s wedding even though her husband went back home after the ceremony. The wedding took place on April 18th.

In the message that she made, she said, “Congratulations to both of you and best wishes for a happy marriage life.” In addition, she uploaded a picture of herself dressed in bridal attire around five days ago. According to a report by NDTV, Amrita Pandey collaborated with Khesari Lal Yadav, who is a well-known Bhojpuri actor, on the film Deewanapan. Aside from that, she has appeared in Hindi films, television shows, and online series.
