Bigg Boss is one of the most controversial yet loved shows on Indian television. The makers of the show come up with interesting tasks every week and that makes it even spicier. However, during a last week’s task, one of the favorite contestants of this season Devoleena Bhattacharjee got badly injured and doctors from Nanavati Hospital had to rush to the house so as to offer proper treatment to the actress. This has led to rumor mills churning that the actress will be quitting the show. However, Devoleena’s mother Anima Bhattacharjee confirmed that there is no truth to these rumors.

Fans were eagerly waiting for Weekend Ka Vaar episode where Salman Khan evicts one out of all the nominated contestants. And now a report in SpotBoye claims that there will be no elimination based on votes this week, however, Devoleena will leave the house due to her back injury. A source had informed SpotBoye “Yes, Devoleena has been admitted to the hospital and is under observation as of now. Due to her exit, this week makers have cancelled any other eviction” The source had further added, “If she feels better, and can continue with the show, Devoleena may come back”.

Earlier in an interview with Times of India Devoleena’s mother had stated, “My daughter is a fighter. She is not someone who would give up so easily. These are just rumors and there is no truth to it. In fact, if you see the latest promo, despite being so unwell, my daughter has participated in the task. She is giving her best and is ready to entertain the viewers. The channel and the production house has not informed me anything about her exit.”

Speaking about her health conditions, Devoleena’s mother had stated, “She has been giving her 100 percent even though she is unwell. She has pain in her back since a long time now, but she has never shown it to the audience. She is playing quite well and I am happy with her performance on the show. I just hope she recovers soon and want to request all her fans to support her.”

This will be really heartbreaking for Devoleena’s fans but we really hope that she gets well soon and comes back to the house.
