Social media influencer Kashish Kapoor, who appeared in ‘Bigg Boss 18’, was recently accused of fraud of Rs 80 thousand by a Mumbai designer, and also claimed that the actress had allegedly taken a gown from her to wear at an event, but returned it completely damaged. Now Kashish Kapoor’s team has filed a defamation case against the designer. Designer Smita Srinivas had written in a post that Kashish Kapoor returned the gown in such a condition that it could not be used.

It was also claimed that Kashish had asked for a gown from her for a collaboration, but returned it after ruining it. The designer had even asked for compensation from Kashish Kapoor. However, after this, Kashish Kapoor blocked that designer on her Instagram handle.

Now Kashish Kapoor has filed a defamation case against Smita Srinivas for deliberately leaking the personal contact details of two female employees. The designer has put the safety and privacy of these two women at risk to tarnish the reputation of the agency. According to sources, the agency had already taken internal action against the person responsible for the incident, due to which all this started.

Let us tell you that designer Smita Srinivas shared the screenshot on her Instagram account and said that the gown given to Kashish Kapoor was worth 85 thousand rupees. It took several days to make it, but it was given to the actress for 40 thousand rupees just for the sake of collaboration. But its condition is such that it cannot be used again. The designer also said that she told Kashish Kapoor to either buy the gown or pay compensation. Kashish kept postponing at first and then blocked the designer on Instagram.
