Recently, Gauahar Khan, actress and Bigg Boss 7 winner, has strongly criticised Amaal Mallik for his abusive language and racist remarks on Bigg Boss 19. As a regular viewer, she expressed her disapproval of the music composer’s behaviour, stating that his words were unacceptable. On Instagram, Gauahar called out Amaal for making offensive comments about fellow contestant Pranit More, highlighting that such remarks are beyond the scope of entertainment. She urged him to be mindful, watch his language, and show respect. Gauahar emphasised that crossing this line turns mere television drama into hurtful personal attacks, which is intolerable.
On her Instagram story, she recognised his fame but firmly condemned his inappropriate language.“I just want to tell you, Amaal, matlab aap show ke andar hain, and I’m sure you’re doing very well. You’re seen, you’re watched. Mujhe bhi pasand aa rahe hain kyunki aap entertaining hain. Lekin entertaining mein aur hitting below the belt mein bohot zyada farq hain… Lekin jo aap gaaliyaan de rahe hain, it’s disgusting. It’s absolutely disgusting,” she stated.

Gauahar pointed out particular moments from the show, citing Amaal’s offensive remarks about fellow contestants. She recounted: “Uss din Amaal ne kahaa ki uss side ke saare ladke haraami hain. Ye gaali mere mooh se nikalti nahi hain lekin main specify karna chahungi, haraami ka matlab toh sabko pata hi hain.” She also condemned him for reportedly referring to Pranit as a “zebra,” calling it a racist comment targeting his skin colour. “Obviously, he’s not talking about his height because zebras are not tall. He’s talking about his colour,” she noted, adding that this type of language was completely unacceptable.
Honouring Family, Not Excusing Behaviour
While criticising Amaal, Gauahar made sure to show respect for his family, including his father Dabbu Malik and his brothers Armaan, Zaid, and Awez Darbar. “Dabbu ji jo unnke father hain. Unko bohot respect aur pranam karti hoon main… unki poori family ko Armaan ko, sabko bohot zyada respect aur pyaar hain. But I just had to say this out there,” she said.
She highlighted that privilege is no excuse for rude or offensive behaviour. “Ye jo ‘hum bade’ waali feeling hoti hain na – ye maine apne season mein bhi face kiya hain. Yehi feeling jo Amaal mein hain, ki Baaki sab chhote hain aur main bohot toap ka hoon. I just had to call it out,” Gauahar said, urging him to be mindful of his language.
Gauahar Khan Slams Amaal Over Offensive Remarks
Gauahar challenged Amaal to take responsibility for his words rather than disguising them as mere entertainment. “Hain himmat toh ye gaaliya jo aap de rahe hain, toh mooh pe dijiye… Phir himmat rakhiye bolne ki main aapko gaali de raha hoon, and face the consequences. I love you, Awez,” she said in conclusion. With her brother-in-law Awez Darbar currently competing on Bigg Boss 19, Gauahar’s comments hold extra significance.
