‘Someone from the company came and took back the goods. After that I am calling continuously since 15 days, but not getting the new item. I also made a call to know the status of the return. The customer care asked me to fill a form. It was written in the form, that I have to deposit a fee of Rs 10 for courier registration. They also asked to fill the card details,’ stated the runner up of Lock Upp.
