The shooting of Bigg Boss Malayalam 3, the famous reality show, has been halted. According to reports, the shooting was canceled and the contestants were relocated to a hotel as a result of the Tamil Nadu government’s new covid safety protocols.
According to reports, Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 will not end unexpectedly like the previous season, which is good news for the viewers.
According to sources, police and health department officials visited the Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 sets in EVP Film City, Chennai, and ordered the shoot to be halted immediately. The contestants were then transferred to a hotel, where they took the obligatory COVID-19 test.
However, as Asianet and development banner Banijay plan to begin with Bigg Boss Malayalam 3, the contestants are still not equipped with cell phones or any other means of contact. Representatives from the channel and production house want to seek special permission from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to complete the show’s run time. So far, Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 voting has not been halted.
In a recent interview with TOI, a representative of Banijay Productions reported that Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 will go ahead and that permission for an extension has already been obtained. The first runtime of the Mohanlal show was 100 days, but it was later extended to 114 days.
However, given the current state of affairs, the producers could be compelled to wrap up the show in a week even though they get permission from the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. In that case, the Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 grand finale will take place in the last week of May or the first week of June 2021. If all goes as expected, the show will resume broadcasting in a few days.
