Bollywood actor Bobby Deol has made a dreamy comeback with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film ‘Animal’. The actor is getting applauded for his savage role in the role ever since the time trailer of the film dropped. While the praises are flowing in from every corner of the country for Bobby’s power-packed performance, he recently shared his mother, Prakash Kaur’s reaction to his villainous portrayal on screen.
Bobby Deol on what his mother had to say about his role and appearance in ‘Animal’
Revealing his mother, Prakash Kaur’s reaction to his role in the recently-released action-entertainer, ‘Animal’, Bobby Deol said that she wasn’t much impressed with the look he took for the movie and couldn’t handle the climax scene where he dies. He stated, “My mom was like ‘aisi film mat kiya kar tu, mujhse nahi dekha jaata’. I told her, ‘Look, I’m standing in front of you. I just played a part’. But she’s very happy. The amount of phone calls she’s getting. All her friends want to meet me. Something similar happened when Aashram released.”
Though the 54-year old actor created a lot of hype for his role in ‘Animal’, his fans were left disappointed with the limited screen time he had in the film. Bobby too addressed the same. He mentioned that he knew about his brief appearance since the time he signed the movie. “I was sure that people would notice him but never realized that there will be so much love, appreciation and affection. It’s like wow. It’s amazing,” added the actor.
