Today, Bollywood mourns Sushant Singh Rajput for what would’ve been his 35th birthday. Fans from all around the globe have been remembering him with bittersweet social media posts which is a clear reminder that he’s gone but not forgotten. June 14, 2021 is set to mark the Chhichhore actor’s one year death anniversary.

Sushant never seized to capture hearts, no matter what he did. He was an all-rounder. From acting to dancing to being a rank holder in top universities like Stanford, Rajput had done and he knew it all.

The likes of Ankita Lokhande, director Abhishek Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Mukesh Chhabra were all in praise of the late actor, reminiscing about the time they spent with him.  

Ankita took to Instagram to share her feelings and praise the actor writing along with a video of him “#sushantday. I don’t know how to start and what to say but yes today I’m gonna share few of yours old videos Sushant to celebrate you. These are the only memories I have with u and i will always remember you like this, happy, intelligent, romantic, mad and adorable. #scotch has always missed u and now I guess he miss u more. I pray and I know tum jaha ho waha bahut khush ho… happy birthday to u u will be missed #memoriesforlife

Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti tweeted to announce a scholarship for those who want to pursue Astrophysics at UC Berkeley. She tweeted:

In a different tweet, she says “Anyone interested in pursuing Astrophysics at UC Berkeley can apply for this fund. Grateful to the Angels who made it possible. Happy Birthday my little Brother, I hope you always stay happy wherever you are! Love You #SushantDay”

Abhishek Kapoor, who directed Sushant in Kai Po Che and Kedarnath, posted a throwback picture with the late actor and wrote: “Burdayboyyyy!!! Miss karta hoon yaar tujhe @itsSSR #ssrbirthday #SushantDay.”

Other celebrities that wished Sushant a Happy Birthday include Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ekta Kapoor, Pulkit Samrat, Koena Mitra as well as Kiara Advani.
