Noida Film City is one of the most important and ambitious projects of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. After months of waiting for this project, a piece of big news related to this project is coming out. Let us tell you. famous and renowned film producer Boney Kapoor’s company has got the tender for the first phase of Film City construction in Noida. The first bid deadline for this project was from September 30, 2023, to January 5, 2024. Investors could not be attracted till two bids and now finally the matter was resolved in the third bid.

According to reports, Noida Film City will be built on one thousand acres of land. In its first phase, construction work will be completed on 230 acres of the land only. In this, 155 acres of land is reserved for the film industry. Commercial development work will be done on 75 acres. Let us tell you that a cinema museum, a film university, and a helipad will also be built in Noida Film City.

Supersonic Technobuild Pvt Ltd, Bayview Projects LLP, Super Cassettes Industries Pvt Ltd, and 4 Lions Films Pvt Ltd had bid for the Film City. Out of this, Boney Kapoor’s company Bayview Projects LLP won the bid. At the same time, two of these bidding companies belonged to Akshay Kumar and Bhushan Kumar.

Noida Film City will be developed on the PPP model. Boney Kapoor’s company Bayview Projects LLB offered the highest revenue to the UP government, so the project went into its hands. Now this company will sign an agreement with Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority for land for construction work. The company will have to start work within six months of signing the contract.
