Filmmaker Karan Johar is currently basking in the glory of his recent venture Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Even after opening to mixed reviews, the film is smashing the box office and is breaking all records in terms of figures. But for it to be declared a hit, the film will have to keep hold of the same momentum.
Since the film has received tepid reviews, many viewers are questioning about various illogical scenes in the movie. And one of the most famous ones from it is the lead actors locating the Ashram of the leader of Brahmansh, played by Amitabh Bachchan through Google maps.
Taking to Twitter, one of the users questioned Johar about Indian creativity and wrote, “Tell me how that Ashram is secret and the address of ashram is on Google maps? For this logic the movie has earnerd 300 crs? This is what indian creativity is ?”
While Karan is known to ignore all negativity around his films and shows, he shocked the user by replying him. In his explanation, he penned, “The Guru is living like any other person in the real world… no one knows HE is the leader of the BRAHMANSH! That His is the house of the Astras… so his address with his name in the real world is of-course on google maps!”
Coming back to Brahmastra Part 1: Shiva, it is the first instalment of Ayan Mukherjee’s planned trilogy. The upcoming parts will feature new faces from the industry. As per the reports, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will play Ranbir Kapoor’s parents in the second part. However, the cast has not been officially announced yet.
