There are three types of blood cells in the blood. RBCs (Red blood cells), WBCs (white blood cells), and platelets. These blood cells are formed inside the bone marrow and flow to the body through the veins. Inside the bone is a spongy material. In medical terms, it is called a ‘stem cell.’ Bone marrow cancer occurs when these cells begin to grow at an abnormal rate within the marrow. It should not be confused with bone cancer. There are several symptoms to understand whether this cancer has settled in the body or not.

The symptoms are – physical weakness, frequent urination, being thirsty all the time, decreasing body moisture, loss of appetite, dizziness, bone pain, and kidney problems.

But whatever vegetable you eat, it should be cooked on low heat and with less oil. Raw vegetables can’t be eaten at all, especially during cancer treatment. It can further increase the infection. Eat vegetables that can boost immunity. The body can fight cancer, as well as many more difficult diseases.

Fibre-rich foods

Eating more foods that contain fibre is necessary to fight bone marrow cancer. Because fibre is one of the strongest opponents of cancer. Constipation often occurs after chemotherapy. To avoid all that, it is very important to eat food rich in fibre. You can eat more currant juice. Apart from this, there are apples and guavas. Eat more vegetables like oatmeal, almonds, beans, broccoli, and carrots. The risk of getting cancer will be reduced a lot.

Make sure that the body gets enough vitamins and minerals. But vitamin deficiency can lead to more serious diseases. Similarly, minerals are equally important to stay healthy. Many people take vitamin supplements. It is better not to consume such drinks without a doctor’s advice.
