In the modern world, technology evolved, and it required us to match its potential. And people working hard nine to five, seven days a week, and 120 hours a day. The real truth is, some of your daily habits are the reason you are getting anxious. To avoid being kept under the hood, keep these habits away from your schedule and live tension free life.

Sleep impoverishment

One-third of issues come from sleep deprivation. If it does not sound familiar, most of you work 9-5, doing chores you like or your family wish. And some people do overtime work for extra cash, with the loss of sleep. 

Cutting sleep regulates the regular healthy pattern of your body. And stimulate some unhealthy functions in your body, one of them is stress. Stress is, one word mentioned, that can cause even more issues. Many people even choose to suicide, last year’s result shows that thousands of people in India attempt suicide, by having so much work and stress.

No exercises, no movements

Competing with stress, you can not bring the motivation all on your own. You need an external force. Concerning anxiety, stress is the triggering factor. To tackle stress, at least do some bodyweight exercises. And it can make you warm and allow your body to have better blood circulation.

 Not to be called a bad habit, although it is used to be a stimulant in many situations. Some situations cause you bad health issues. Drugs are the pain killer to your mind, but do you think it is for your body? 

Too much caffeine, addiction to tobacco, alcohol everything might be a good option when you feel stressed. But keep in mind it is not going to reduce the pain, the name implies the stimulation.

Easily victimized to stress and anxiety. Many of you find the weekend with friends and fun activities. You will be excited about the weekend in the middle of six days of work.
