Dadasaheb Phalke Award 2024: Shahrukh Khan Wins Best Actor, Nayanthara Wins Best Actress Award For Jawan

The Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in the Bollywood and TV industry. Stars eagerly await the day when they receive the fruit of their year-long hard work in the form of this award.

Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan was awarded the Best Actor for the film ‘Pathan’.  South actress Nayanthara has also made a mark. The film ‘Animal’ has bagged awards in two categories.

From Shahrukh Khan to Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol, stars shone brightly at the event held in Mumbai on February 20th. At the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards held at Taj Lands End in Mumbai, director Atlee arrived with his wife Priya.

Apart from them, stars like Bobby Deol, Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, and many others participated.

This year, Shahrukh Khan was awarded Best Actor for the film “Pathan” and Nayanthara received the Best Actress award for the film “Pathan”. Here’s the complete list of winners:

Best Actor – Shahrukh Khan (Film: Pathan), Best Actress – Nayanthara (Film: Pathan), Best Actor in a Negative Role – Bobby Deol (Film: Animal), Best Director – Sandeep Reddy Vanga (Film: Animal), Best Actor (Critics) – Vicky Kaushal (Film: Sam Bahadur).

Shahrukh Khan had a great year in 2023 with the release of his films “Pathan,” “Jawan,” and “Donkey.” Apart from Rajkumar Hirani’s film, Atlee’s “Jawan” and Siddharth Anand’s “Pathan” performed exceptionally well at the box office.

Nayanthara also delivered powerful acting in “Jawan,” which earned her the Best Actress award. Talking About Ranbir Kapoor, his film “Animal” created a storm at the box office, earning over 900 crores. Bobby Deol played the villain in it.

Along with him, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, and Anil Kapoor were also seen. Ranbir will now be seen in films like “Love and War,” “Ramayana,” and “Brahmastra.”
