Pavitra Rishta fame Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput were a household name during the run of their TV show. They were a hit jodi on television as fans loved their subtle yet intense on-screen chemistry. The two were in a relationship in real life also for many years before parting ways in 2016.

On June 14, 2020, Sushant went for his heavenly abode leaving behind a void that can never be filled. His death came as a shock for everyone. Sushant’s ex-girlfriend Ankita also expressed her pain about him leaving this world several times on national television.

Now, Ankita Lokhande along with her on-screen mother-in-law Usha Nadkarni will be gracing the dance reality show, DID Super Moms during its Pavitra Rishta special episode. As per the promo that has come out, one of the contestants on the show will be paying tribute to late Sushant Singh Rajput with her performance and this will be making both Ankita and Usha emotional.

After watching the contestant’s performance, Ankita and Usha will be seen breaking down into tears. Ankita is also heard saying some lovely words for Sushant. She will be quoting, “Woh bahot close, ek dost bhi tha, sab kuch tha. Woh jaha hai woh bahot khush hai, I am very sure. Bas god bless him.”
