During this challenging period, Dilip was offered a role in Comedy Circus, a show that provided reasonable financial compensation but had jokes that crossed the line of decency. Dilip made a conscious decision: “I have always chosen work that my family can watch together, and I want my kids to be content with what I do. So, I turned down Comedy Circus. “Coincidentally, within just over a month of rejecting Comedy Circus, Dilip Joshi received an offer to join the cast of TMKOC.
