Diljit Dosanjh‘s remarkable accomplishments in the music industry are reaching yet another significant milestone. The actor-singer frequently promotes Punjabi music on international stages, and he will now be a guest on Jimmy Fallon‘s wildly popular show, The Tonight Show.

In a new Instagram post on Wednesday, Diljit shared the announcement with a bunch of pictures and wrote in the caption, “PANJABI AAGYE OYEE. This Week’s Guest.” A photo displayed the week’s guest list for the hit show, which featured well-known actors like Eddie Murphy, Kevin Costner, and Matty Matheson from The Bear.

He had also posted pictures on Instagram from the packed concert and captioned them as “History Has Been Written (writing emoji), BC Place Stadium (building emoji), SOLD OUT (face with goggles emoji), and DIL-LUMINATI TOUR (monster emoji).”

Last year, Diljit performed for a packed audience at Coachella, becoming the first Punjabi artist to perform at the festival. He announced his arrival on stage with “Punjabi aa gaye Coachella oye,” and the moment went viral on social media in no time.

Recently, Diljit appeared alongside Parineeti Chopra in Imtiaz Ali’s musical biopic Amar Singh Chamkila. In the movie Crew, starring Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, he also played a supporting role.
