Diljit Dosanjh’s Indore concert on his Dil-Luminati India Tour became a platform for the singer to address recent speculations about his relationship with fellow artists AP Dhillon and Karan Aujla. The speculation followed Diljit’s acknowledgement of their contributions to the independent music scene during his performance.

At the concert, Diljit extended his best wishes to the two artists, saying, “Mere aur do bhaiyon ne tour shuru kiya hai—Karan Aujla aur AP Dhillon nein, unke liye bhi best of luck (Two of my brothers, Karan Aujla and AP Dhillon, have started their tour; best of luck to them, too).” The comment sparked widespread attention, with fans interpreting it as a gesture of solidarity.

However, the conversation took a new turn when Diljit responded to remarks allegedly made by AP Dhillon. Taking to Instagram Stories, Diljit shared a screenshot of AP Dhillon’s Instagram page to clarify rumors that he had blocked the artist. The screenshot showed that Dhillon’s posts were visible, and Diljit captioned it: “I never blocked you. Mere pange sarkaaran naal ho sakde aa….kalaakaran naal ni (My issues could be with the government…not with the artists).”

The response highlighted Diljit’s commitment to fostering unity within the independent music community. During his Indore performance, the singer stressed the importance of collaboration, saying, “Yeh independent music ka time shuru hai. Musibate toh ayengi. Jab koi revolution aata hai toh musibat aati hai. Hum apna kam karte jayenge (The time for independent music has started. Problems will arise. When there is a revolution, problems will arise. We will keep working).”

Diljit’s Dil-Luminati India Tour, which began on October 26 in New Delhi, has captivated audiences nationwide, with its finale scheduled for December 29 in Guwahati. Most recently, the artist performed in Mumbai on December 19, delivering an electrifying show that celebrated Indian independent music.

Meanwhile, AP Dhillon’s India tour has also drawn significant attention, further fueling the momentum of the country’s burgeoning independent music movement. Both artists’ efforts underline a shared vision to elevate the music scene, despite occasional misunderstandings.

Diljit’s stance serves as a reminder of the challenges and triumphs in creating a cohesive and thriving independent music ecosystem.
