Now famous Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh paid a heartfelt tribute to Dr. Manmohan Singh in his Guwahati concert and also told the life lessons that can be learned from the life of the former Prime Minister.

In the video posted on social media, he can be seen paying tribute to Dr. Manmohan Singh and dedicating the concert to him, who served as the 13th Prime Minister of India from 2004 to 2014. During his concert, the singer also said that Dr. Manmohan Singh lived a very simple life.

The singer further said, “If I look at his life journey, he has lived such a simple life that even if someone spoke badly to him, he never replied back. However, this is the most difficult thing in a career in politics.’ Diljit further said that everyone should learn this from his life and try not to retaliate. The actor repeated a saying and said that Manmohan Singh often used to say, ‘Hazaaron Jawab Se Meri Khamoshi Achchi, Na Jaane Kitne Sawalon Ki Aabroo Rakhe Hai.’
