Director Nikhil Advani Revealed That King Khan Signed This Movie Without Reading The Script, Read To Know More

The king of Bollywood has played many memorable characters in the last few years in Hindi cinema. Shahrukh Khan has won the hearts of the audience with fantastic films like Pathan, Jawaan, and many more. During a recent interview with one of the media houses, director Nikhil Advani recently revealed that instead of reading the script, King read the first page and glanced at the other pages of a script, and signed the film without reading the entire script.

Nikhil Advani, who made his directorial debut with one of the most famous films ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’ in a recent interview, revealed that Shahrukh had signed the film as soon as he read the entire script of the film Kal Ho Na Ho. King Khan did this because he had faith in Karan Johar’s writing and Advani’s direction skills. Let us tell you that Shahrukh played the character of ‘Aman’ in this film.

Nikhil further said “Shah Rukh went to Yash Johar and said, ‘I will do another film with Dharma Productions only if Nikhil directs it.’ Let us tell you that ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’ was released in the year 2003. The film became a huge box office success and received positive responses from critics as well. Before the film, Nikhil Advani was an assistant director on the sets of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and shared a close bond with Shah Rukh.

Nikhil further said, “I am very grateful to Shah Rukh – my entire career as a director is indebted to him.” According to some of the media reports, Nikhil Advani said, “Shah Rukh read the first page, glanced at the interval point, and then went to the last page. He didn’t read the entire script. He just said, ‘I know Karan has written it and you are directing it, so I am in good hands.'”
