Actually, Kanika Maheshwari has decided to separate from her husband Ankur. The couple has mutually decide to get divorce and separate from each other after 11 years of marriage.

Kanika who is famous for her role as Meenakshi Bhabhi in ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, married her college love Ankur Ghai in the year 2012. The couple gave birth to their son Nanak in 2015. However, the duo got separated some time ago and filed a divorce case three months ago. And now it is expected that Kanika and Ankur will get divorced next year.

According to media reports, Kanika Maheshwari has been living separately from her husband for about 4 years. It is said that Kanika and her 8 year old son Nanak are living in Mumbai while Ankur lives in Delhi. It is also being said that both of them tried to save this marriage, but they did not succeed and hence they are separating now. However, no official statement has come out from either side on this matter yet.
