Doctor Reveals KK Could Have Been Saved; Find Out How?

An autopsy expert revealed that KK had many cardiac blockages and might have been rescued with CPR. According to PTI, KK died Tuesday night following a live performance at Nazrul Mancha in Kolkata.

“His left main coronary artery was blocked, and other arteries and sub-arteries were too. The doctor said that excessive excitement during the live event stopped his blood flow, causing cardiac arrest. The doctor stated the artist might have been rescued if CPR had been performed promptly after becoming unconscious.

He stated the singer had untreated heart issues. “The singer had 80% stenosis in the left major coronary artery and minor blockages in other arteries and sub-arteries.

During Tuesday’s concert, the singer was going around and dancing with the audience, causing extreme enthusiasm,” he claimed. The doctor indicated intense excitement temporarily blocked blood flow, causing an erratic pulse.

“KK passed out and suffered a heart attack. He suggested CPR may have saved the artist. CPR involves chest compressions and artificial ventilation to sustain brain function after cardiac arrest. The doctor stated the musician was taking antacids for his misinterpreted discomfort as stomach issues.

A senior official of Kolkata Police said KK’s wife confirmed he took several antacids. “He informed his wife he had arm and shoulder ache,” the IPS officer added. Police found antacids in KK’s hotel room. The post-mortem, which lasted about an hour and a half and was videotaped, ruled out foul play and claimed the singer died of heart arrest following a three-hour performance.

Police are investigating an unusual death. He has sung in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, and Bengali. Pyaar Ke Pal and Yaaron were early hits for KK. He’s recorded Bollywood songs, including Ankhon Mein Teri (Om Shanti Om), Zara Sa (Jannat), Khuda Jaane (Bachna Ae Hasino), and Tadap Tadap (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam).
