Global star Priyanka Chopra has been quite vocal about her personal life. She is honest in her interviews and is someone who tells it all clearly. Recently, Priyanka was asked if her husband-singer Nick Jonas’ love affairs before his marriage affected her. To this, the actress gave a quick and blunt answer. She said that she didn’t pay attention to Nick’s past as she believes in looking at the future.

Priyanka appeared on ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast. Talking about Nick’s ex-flames which include Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Olivia Culpo, she told host Alex Cooper, “I don’t give a f*** who he’s been in relationship with previously. We are talking about the future. And I always say this – I don’t read my book backward. I believe you go forward in the chapters.”

When Priyanka started dating Nick in May, 2018, she was quite hesitant. She was carrying a baggage of her past love affairs and felt why she keeps repeating her mistakes.

Recalling how Nick made the first move and slid in her DMs with a direct message, Priyanka revealed, “Literally, his message was, ‘I’ve been told we should meet’. How cocky? So sexy.” Priyanka who had once seen Nick’s music video ‘Close’ decided to give him a chance. She soon replied to him and asked him to text him instead as her team can see her DMs.

Priyanka heaped praises on Nick and said that his support is what makes their relationship strong. She shared that Nick is the one who is most excited about the shows she is doing and he is the most excited when she is on a carpet.

Workwise, Priyanka Chopra is basking in the glory of success of her latest web show ‘Citadel’ and film ‘Love Again’. She is gearing up to shoot for her Bollywood comeback film ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif by the end of this year.
