Shahid Kapoor Reacts To His Blue Tick Removal On Twitter

On April 11, CEO of Twitter Elon Musk announced that Twitter users will lose the legacy blue marks from April 20. Shahid is one of those celebs who lost his verification bagde for not paying the subscription. For the unversed, paying for the blue tick is now mandatory so that one’s verification is maintained.

A Twitter user shared a pic of Shahid from his film Kabir Singh scene and  captioned it, “Shahid Kapoor on his way to thrash Elon Musk for his Blue tick.”

Shahid reshared the meme with a dialogue from his film where he goes running after someone who touches his on-screen girlfy Kiara Advani.

He wrote, “Mere blue tick ko kisne touch kiya… Elon, tu wahi ruk main aaraha hu. Haha”.

Well, earlier today, Amitabh Bachchan also reacted to his removal of blue tick on the micro-blogging site. He wrote, “Ae Twitter bhaiya! Sun rahe he? Ab to paisa bhi bhar diye hein hum… toh ou jo neel kamal (green tick emoticon) hot he na, hamar naam ke aagey, u toh vapas lagaye de bhaiya, taaki log jaan jaaye ki hum hi hein- Amitabh Bachchan… haath toh jor liye he hum, Ab ka godwa jode padi ka??”
