Elvish Yadav is a prominent YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT season 2. He was recently granted bail. The Noida Court granted him bail amidst ongoing investigations into his alleged involvement in a rave party incident. The Noida Police detained Yadav on March 17th, placing him in judicial custody.
Upon the submission of two bail bonds, each worth ₹50,000, the court approved Yadav’s release. However, procedural necessities may cause delays in his discharge from Luksar Jail in Greater Noida. Advocate Prashant Rathi is representing Yadav. Rathi emphasized his belief in a conspiracy against his client. He highlighted the absence of evidence related to the NDPS Act.
Allegations and Sting Operation
Suspicions arose regarding Yadav’s role in facilitating the procurement of snake venom for a party in Noida’s Sector 51. People for Animals (PFA), led by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, conducted a sting operation fueling these suspicions. The operation aimed to expose the alleged misuse of endangered wildlife and revealed the purported use of cobra and krait snake venom at the event, supported by samples seized from the scene.
