Bollywood actress Esha Deol has been grabbing the headlines frequently after rumours of a family feud between the Deol half-siblings came to the fore. The actress, along with her sister, Ahana and their mom, Hema Malini didn’t attend Sunny Deol’s son, Karan Deol’s wedding in June 2023. This led to speculations of fight between members of Deol household. However, Esha dismissed all speculations by hosting a premiere of her step brother Sunny’s film ‘Gadar 2’. Now, in a latest interview, she has heaped praises on her half brother.

In a recent interaction with India Today, the actress shared her reaction after watching Sunny’s  massively successful movie ‘Gadar 2’. She said that she loved watching every bit of it. Esha revealed that Sunny worked too hard for it and his dedication came out beautifully  on screen. She stated:

“I was waiting to watch the film. I knew how much Bhaiya had been shooting for it and it really meant a lot to him. And when it is doing so well, we are all equally happy for him and it is well deserved. Only Sunny Deol can do what he did in a film like ‘Gadar 2’.”

Before Esha, Sunny’s step mother Hema too hailed his performance in ‘Gadar 2.’ The legendary actress was spotted coming out of a movie theatre post watching the film. While talking to paparazzi, she mentioned that the movie was every bit amazing and called Sunny’s portrayal as ‘just superb’. Hema also refuted rumours of rift between Deols. She shared that everything has always remained fine between them right from the beginning. She also disclosed that Sunny and Bobby come for Rakhi also.

For the unversed, Dharmendra married twice. He first tied the knot with Prakash Kaur and the couple have four children- Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ajeita Deol and Vijeeta Deol. From his second marriage with Hema Malini, the iconic actor has two daughters- Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
